Enjoying a lazy Sunday; haven't had a weekend off for awhile - working too much.  Thinking about taking a week off soon.  Who knows, maybe I'll practice drawing again; it's been a long while since my hand buggered up.  Meanwhile look at some ai I've done using Dream by Wombo.

Revamp From Naikou To Myrrhois

 Okay, as you may have noticed some things have changed recently.  No longer using the name Naikou Art - an old title that needs to move along.  Myrrhois is the new username I'm switching to.  It's what I use on Instagram.

Long Time No See

I haven't used this blog since 2016.  Like anyone noticed.  Doesn't matter.  I'm here now and perhaps will continue with this blog, although I haven't drawn at all since 2016; life became utterly busy and overwhelming and I injured my dominant hand.  Nonetheless, I am here in 2024 with some time on my hands.  

The stupid iPhones have changed things where I find myself scrolling into oblivion and getting nothing done.  Instagram has become predictable and boring - gain followers to only lose them the next day; such a finicky group of folks.  And, Facebook is just full of smut - well - so is Instagram, too; post a story and majority of the views are from x-rated, under-aged-looking girls solicitating nonsense.  The time and effort spent reporting and blocking is wasteful.  I'm sick of it!  

Anyway, gonna post some ai art, that I've created, since that has been my new distraction.

I saw the new Hobbit (Five Armies) movie and I wasn't as impressed as the last two movies. I dunno, it just seemed rushed, the plot, that is, maybe I need to see it again to appreciate it. I didn't care for the Tauriel romance with the dwarf, and the focus on Alfred, felt it wasn't needed in the movie.

This image was taken from the movie (Lord of the Rings) where I added his eyes, flame, and border.

I prefer his name spelled with one 'n', rather than two; looks masculine.

All I did was add some colour to his eyes; thought they looked dull.  I darkened the image as well, and tweaked the shadows and highlights on his face, and lowered his hairline a bit..

He, now, looks like a fallen angel!  Perhaps I should add wings?

This image was taken from the movie 'Lord of the Rings' but was edited out for whatever reasons.

Enough of Thranduil . . . on with Nuada!  Prince Nuada makes the Elvenking of Mirkwood look effeminate--just sayin'.  [°-°]

What I did with this . . . brightened his eyes and lightened and sharpened the overall image.  I'd like to draw this Prince; when I have the time, my schedule has been pretty heavy these days.
